Luxury, modern and extremely spacious, 2 bedroom caravan sited on Tal y Fan which is adjacent to and part of The Warren Abersoch. The leisure facilities, Leisure Club, Club House, shop and private beach are reached by just a short walk through the site. This is a beautiful caravan consisting of open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, 2 bedrooms with the master having en-suite, second bedroom has bunk beds plus a single bed, family bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and W.C. Outside there is a fully enclosed private patio with both decked and paved areas and lovely mature shrubs and plants.
Full use of the facilities at The Warren are available to all guests included in the cost

Outside Patio large decked patio area to the front of the caravan, extending to a further decked area to the
side and also a flagged patio, a range of patio furniture including loungers and table and chairs. Mature plants and shrubs make this a really attractive area to relax.
Heating the caravan has gas central heating and hot water on demand provided by a combi boiler.
Parking for 2 cars by the caravan.

We had a superb holiday and a massive thank you to you for arranging the logistics. In terms of the accommodation it was absolutely perfect for us both in terms of location and it being spotless and felt like home from home. Exceeded our expectations and there was so much available in terms of equipment that I was very impressed. WiFi was very stable and added to our enjoyment so please pass on our thanks to the owners. The garden was superb with having a little dog I was quite worried as she had not been away and settled in completely well. We would love to book again already for next year when the availability and prices are published. We had a really good time thank you. In fact we recommended Tal Y Fan / The Warren to my parents while we were there and they have already booked a place on The Warren later this year. I think it is very likely we will be back soon also.
