Lovely 3 bedroom caravan with fantastic sea views, sited on Tal y Fan which is adjacent to and part of The Warren Abersoch. The leisure facilities, Leisure Club, Club House, shop, and private beach are reached by just a short walk through the site. This fully equipped caravan consists of open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, family shower room with shower cubicle, sink and W.C., which is also accessed from the master bedroom. Outside there is a fully enclosed paved patio with fantastic sea views.
Full use of the facilities at The Warren are available to guests included in the cost for up to 4 guests, further guests at additional cost

Lounge large L-shaped comfortable sofa plus single armchair, electric fire, free standing flat screen TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, coffee table, patio doors leading out to a paved patio with fantastic views of the sea.
Dining area with a wooden dining table and 4 chairs.
Kitchen U shaped area with a good range of appliances including fridge, dishwasher, gas oven, hob and grill, microwave, stainless steel sink and a range of cupboards offering excellent storage space. There is a freezer in an outside storage shed.
Bedroom 1 king size bed with bedside cabinets, cupboards and shelves above, fitted wardrobe.
Door to shower room from bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2 2 x small single beds with bedside cabinet in between, cupboards and shelves above, single wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 2 x small single beds with bedside cabinet in between, cupboards and shelves above, single wardrobe.
Shower room with white suite consisting of pedestal sink, wall mounted mirror above, shower cubicle with folding doors and W.C.
Outside Patio flagged patio to the front of the caravan with fantastic sea views, a small 2 seater bench with cushions.
Heating the caravan has gas central heating and hot water on demand provided by a combi boiler.
Parking in the car park nearby and not by the caravan. N.B. from the car park the caravan is accessed via a steep hill.

Pets accepted by arrangement - £50 per pet supplement applies
Bedding - duvets and pillows are provided - guests to bring own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, tea towels and towels. If you require bed linen and/or towels, then this service may be provided at an extra charge from an independent company upon enquiry through ourselves.

The caravan was perfect. The view out to St Tudds never tired. The host was brilliant with great communication and advice for local attractions and places to visit. The park is immaculate and peaceful. The warren site which we had access to was amazing. The nicest beach on the peninsula. Could not recommend enough.
