Lovely, 2-bedroom caravan sited on Tal y Fan which is adjacent to and part of The Warren Abersoch.The leisure facilities, Leisure Club, Club House, shop and private beach are reached by just a very short walk through the site. This fully equipped caravan consists of lounge, dining area and kitchen. 2 bedrooms, the master having en-suite facilities, and walk in wardrobe, family bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and W.C. Outside the caravan benefits from fantastic sea views, and has an enclosed patio which wraps all around the caravan.

Heating the caravan has gas central heating and hot water on demand provided by a combi boiler.
Parking for 1 small car in front of the caravan, for a larger or second car dedicated parking is approximately 20 metres from the caravan

The caravan is set in a prime elevated position on site and enjoys fantastic sea views. Please be aware there is a steep hill when walking through to The Warren facilities and beach, downhill there and uphill returning to the caravan, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility
Arrival / Departure times - Arrive from 4.30pm on day of arrival and depart by 9.30am on day of departure
