Lovely 3 bedroom caravan with fantastic sea views, sited on Tal y Fan which is adjacent to and part of The Warren Abersoch. The leisure facilities, Leisure Club, Club House, shop, and private beach are reached by just a short walk through the site. This fully equipped caravan consists of open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, family shower room with shower cubicle, sink and W.C., which is also accessed from the master bedroom. Outside there is a fully enclosed paved patio with fantastic sea views.

Lounge large L-shaped comfortable sofa plus single armchair, electric fire, free standing flat screen smart TV, patio doors leading out to a paved patio with fantastic views of the sea.
Dining area with a wooden dining table and 4 chairs.
Kitchen U shaped area with a good range of appliances including fridge, dishwasher, gas oven, hob and grill, microwave, stainless steel sink and a range of cupboards offering excellent storage space. There is a freezer in an outside storage shed.
Bedroom 1 super king size bed, wall mounted TV, cupboards and shelves above, open wardrobe with drawers, windows fitted with total blackout screen.

Bedroom 2 2 x small single beds with bedside cabinet in between, cupboards and shelves above, single wardrobe, windows fitted with total blackout screen.
Bedroom 3 2 x small single beds with bedside cabinet in between (beds pushed together in photo), cupboards and shelves above, single wardrobe, windows fitted with total blackout screen.
Shower room with white suite consisting of pedestal sink, wall mounted mirror above, shower cubicle with folding doors and W.C.
Outside Patio flagged patio to the front of the caravan with fantastic sea views, a range of patio furniture with cushions and two recliner chairs.
Heating the caravan has gas central heating and hot water on demand provided by a combi boiler.
Parking in the car park nearby and not by the caravan. N.B. from the car park the caravan is accessed via a steep hill.

Bedding - duvets and pillows are provided - guests to bring own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, tea towels and towels. If you require bed linen and/or towels, then this service may be provided at an extra charge from an independent company upon enquiry through ourselves.

We had a lovely stay at B15, my husband is a keen cook and was delighted with the air fryer and the range of cooking utensils. The kids had a great time despite the weather and we found the site very quiet which was great for us.
