Lovely, modern 2 bedroom caravan sited on Tal y Fan which is adjacent to and part of The Warren Abersoch. The leisure facilities, Leisure Club, Club House, shop and beach are reached by just a short walk through the site. This is a beautiful caravan consisting of open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, 2 bedrooms with the master having en-suite toilet and sink, 1 twin bedroom, shower room with sink and toilet. Outside there is a fully enclosed paved patio area and garden.

Lounge L-shaped comfortable sofa, electric fire, free standing flat screen smart TV, patio doors leading out to a patio dining area and garden.

Kitchen open style living to the lounge, it has a good range of appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas oven, hob and grill, microwave, air fryer, and a range of cupboards offering excellent storage space.

Bedroom 1 king size bed with cupboards and shelves to the side and above, set of drawers with fitted mirror above, and a double wardrobe

En-suite with sink and W.C. with built in cupboard and mirror above

Bedroom 2 Twin beds (small single size) with bedside cabinet between the beds and cupboards and shelves above, fitted wardrobe with drawers and small dressing area..

Shower room with white suite consisting of pedestal sink, wall mounted mirror and cupboard above, shower cubicle with sliding door, and W.C.

Outside steps leading to the patio and garden. Flagged patio area with dining table and 6 chairs leading to a fair size enclosed garden. Recliner chairs also available

Heating the caravan has gas central heating and hot water on demand provided by a combi boiler.

Parking for 2 cars to the right of the caravan.

We had a fabulous stay in Y21. Lovely caravan in a great spot, spotlessly clean on arrival. Garden was a great addition and caravan had everything we needed for our stay!

Facilities at the warren were great for both adults and children alike.

The caravan was clean and really well kept, in a lovely quiet spot and the garden was so nice to sit in of an evening. Facilities at the Warren are great to keep the kids entertained and everything was organised and handled really well by select holidays! We will definitely be looking to book again in the future!

Thanks! We had a great time our Granddaughter particularly enjoyed the Caravan. We used to have a Caravan on Tal-Y Fan so it was nice to go back and see the changes.

We will definitely be going again and we had a wonderful time the Caravan which is in a lovely spot, perfect for the Beach. Also, the added bonus of being able to make use of the impressive facilities on the Warren.
