Lovely 3-bedroom caravan on the prestigious Tal y Fan Park, right next to and part of The Warren Abersoch. Just a 10-minute stroll through the site to reach the beach and leisure facilities with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa, Club-House and shop. This beautiful caravan is immaculately presented and has the advantage of a large private and completely enclosed patio area with a range of outdoor furniture. Open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, 3 bedrooms with the master being en-suite to the main family bathroom, plus a separate cloakroom.
Full use of the facilities at The Warren are available to all guests including:-

Heating the caravan has gas central heating and hot water on demand provided by a combi boiler.
Parking for 1 car at the rear of the caravan.

Just want to take the opportunity to say that myself and my sister had a wonderful holiday and the caravan was absolutely lovely. We did have to leave early due to
unforeseen circumstances but we did enjoy the time there.
With regards to our stay we had a fantastic time and really enjoyed coming back to the caravan after a day out. The instructions you provided were clear and precise which
made them very easy to follow especially when putting on the heating. As advised we are looking to stay next year and will definitely look at booking through Select Holiday Rentals
again.
Also the details you provide allowed to easily find the caravan and also have no problems gaining access. Thank you once again and we may be booking again next
year.

We did really enjoy our break thanks. The caravan was very well equipped and we particularly liked having the private garden space which we were able to sit in and enjoy
the sunshine at all times of day. It was also great having use of the facilities at The Warren. Although we didn’t use the club or the Sandbar, we did use the leisure facilities and shop. The park is
in an excellent location just outside Abersoch but very convenient for Llanbedrog too. I would definitely stay again so would be interested in knowing what availability and prices you have for the
remainder of this year and next summer. Thanks, Dave
