Chalet E18 is a luxury, latest design, seafront chalet sited in a fantastic position on the prestigious site The Warren.  It has its own private steps offering direct beach access from the patio and fantastic views from the decked patio area of the beach, the sea, St Tudwal's Islands, the mainland peninsula, Llanbedrog Headland and the surrounding hills.  It is conveniently positioned on site being just a short walk to the beach cafe, leisure facilities, shop and Club House.  All the leisure facilities at The Warren are available for guests to use, and temporary family leisure membership is included in the cost.  Facilities include heated indoor and outdoor pool complexes and an extensive range of activities to choose from catering for all tastes and ages.  The chalet  is one of the very latest seafront designs and offers superb family accommodation consisting of:- 3 bedrooms, the master offers a double size bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 further twin rooms and family bathroom, open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen.  Outside there is a large decked patio with private steps to the beach and parking for 2/3 cars.  The Warren is only approximately 1.5 miles from Abersoch village by road, or more directly via a walk along the beach - tides permitting.

Accommodation

Door into hallway with wooden flooring, large storage cupboard and coat hooks leading into open plan light, bright and airy lounge / kitchen / dining area
Lounge with wooden flooring and large centre piece rug, modern comfortable seating consisting of large 3 seater settee, large 2 seater settee plus armchair, coffee table, side tables, large built in LCD flat screen digital TV with DVD, patio doors to the front and windows to both sides all with electric blinds enclosed within the double glazed panes, underfloor heating, terrific views of the beach, the sea and St Tudwal's Islands from the lounge.
Kitchen on a slightly raised level with tiled floor, low level lighting, integrated appliances including electric oven with grill, halogen hob with extractor hood above, separate  fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, wine cooler, underfloor heating, fantastic views.
Dining area with dining table and six leather chairs, wooden flooring, underfloor heating.
Bedroom 1 Double size bed with a range of built in furniture comprising of bedside cabinets, spacious wardrobe with triple sliding mirror doors, dressing table with large wall mounted mirror above, wall mounted LCD flat screen TV, underfloor heating.
En suite bathroom which you enter through glass sliding doors, walk in shower with both over head and riser rail shower heads, bath with wall mounted built in TV opposite, wash basin and toilet, tall wall mounted heated towel rail, under floor heating, fully tiled floor to ceiling.
Family bathroom Beautiful white suite consisting of bath with shower over and glass shower screen, vanity unit with cupboards, open shelves and sink, large wall mounted mirror above, toilet, heated towel rail, underfloor heating.
Bedroom 2 Twin room with 3' size beds, bedside cabinet between the beds with drawers and lamp, sliding mirror door wardrobe, corner dressing table with stool and wall mounted mirror above, wall mounted LCD flat screen TV, underfloor heating.
Bedroom 3 Twin room with 3' size beds, bedside cabinet between the beds with drawers and lamp, wardrobe, wall mounted LCD flat screen TV, underfloor heating..
Patio area super sized area to the front and both sides of the chalet, mainly fully decked and with a tiered lower area to the right side which is paved, all offering fantastic views, private steps from the patio leading directly onto the beach, patio furniture will be provided at the start of the 2015 season.
Parking ample space provided for 2/3 cars and boats to the rear of the chalet.
