- Contact us by email (info@abersochholidayrentals.co.uk) or telephone 07586 859220 to request a booking.
- A non-refundable deposit of 15% is required to secure the booking, plus a non-refundable booking fee of £20. The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a security deposit of £200.

(N.B. Payment by PayPal will incur a 2.5% surcharge) You do not need a PayPal account to pay this way, we will email a link to their secure server which accepts most credit and debit cards.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Select Holiday Rentals act as agent for the property owner to take and arrange bookings. All booking terms and conditions are therefore agreed between the holidaymaker and the property owner.
MAKING A BOOKING
Booking requests can be made by contacting us by telephone or email. A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total holiday cost is required along with a non-refundable booking fee of £20. The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a security deposit of £200. For short notice bookings where the booking is less than 8 weeks away then the full balance is payable immediately.
GUESTS
Strictly families only, names of all guests must be advised on booking. You must not sublet or share the property except with guests nominated when booking. We reserve the right to terminate a booking without refund, if more than the stated number of guests is found to be staying. No pets. No smoking.
KEYS & DIRECTIONS
Arrangements for keys and directions to the property will be sent to you after payment of the final balance is received.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Arrival time no earlier than 3.00 pm on day of arrival.
Departure time no later than 10.00 am on day of departure.
BED LINEN & TOWELS
Duvets and pillows are provided - you must bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases, tea towels, bath towels and beach towels.
SAFETY
Every effort has been made to indicate any possible safety hazards at the property, but guests are requested to check the property and grounds on arrival, especially guests with young children and note any potential hazards.
CHANGES & CANCELLATION
If you need to make any guest changes to your confirmed booking you must notify us by email as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel the booking you must firstly telephone or email us to advise and also confirm this in writing. We will try to re-let the booking period, and if successful will refund you monies paid less an administration charge. If we are unable to re-let the booking no refund will be made.
If for any reason beyond our control the property is not available on the date booked, all monies paid in advance will be refunded in full.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit will be returned to you after departure unless the property has been left in an unacceptable condition. Guests are requested to leave the property clean and tidy and in the same condition as when they arrive, in particular all kitchen equipment and utensils must be left clean. Any cost for damage or excessive extra cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.
